Forum for the Future of Agriculture – Where agriculture & environment meet
The Forum for the Future of Agriculture (FFA) has been contributing to the debate on agriculture and the environment in Brussels since 2008. The FFA is now firmly established as the premier event where agriculture and environment meet each year.
FFA2016: The Sustainable Development Goals implementation: no time for business as usual
This year’s Forum for the Future of Agriculture will be the first to take place since the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by world leaders in September 2015 and FFA2016 will look at what this means for agriculture and the environment in Europe and around the world. Now that the broad agenda has been set, what concrete steps are needed to put it into practice? And is business as usual really an option anymore in the face of the enormous social, environmental, economic challenges that lie ahead? Come to FFA2016 to be part of the debate.
FFA2016 online debate
The annual Forum for the Future of Agriculture (FFA) returns to Brussels on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 for another stimulating debate on the future of European and world agriculture. Like in the previous years an online debate will be launched before the Forum to open up a discussion on the potential integration and implementation of the agreed UN Sustainable Development Goals and Targets into current political and economic development. Questions will be published in March 2016.
